Waiting for the 14 Mission Thursday Night

The 49 Mission/Van Ness pulls up to the stop and it's passengers spill out of the back door onto 16th and Mission as a crowd keeps the doors open waiting not so patiently to push themselves up the stairs.

A non descript business woman in the crowd steps to the back of the throng and starts waving to the passengers exiting and entering. "Bye. Okay, bye." She is waving to anyone who will look at her which is most of the passengers sparked with curiousity by this woman who is seemingly saying goodbye to everyone boarding the bus. "Bye!" She continues to receive no recognition besides confused stares and dismissing glances. Then a bit bitter she calls out, "Remember we are only all here together. Bye!"
